2010* TNCC Schedule
Trauma Nursing Core Course 6th edition
TNCC was developed and implemented to identify a standardized body of trauma nursing knowledge. The TNCC (Provider) course is a course designed to provide the emergency nurse with essential cognitive knowledge and psychomotor skills to care for the adult trauma patient.
Each 2 day course participant will receive 14.2 Continuing Education Contact Hours based on classroom and station hours.
Course Fees: $240 per 2 day course. ENA members get a $60 dollar discount (ENA number must be documented to receive discount) Includes continental breakfast both days and study materials. Study materials are mailed out approximately 4-6 weeks prior to class. IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE YOUR COURSE MATERIALS 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE COURSE, PLEASE CONTACT THE AZ ENA TRAUMA CHAIR. YOU ARE NOT SCHEDULED FOR THIS COURSE UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMATION LETTER AND STUDY MATERIALS.
Course fee for ONE DAY reverification is $160 without book..If ENA discount $20. Use 6th edition to prepare for reverification.
2-day Provider Cancellation/reschedule Policy
Registration may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the course date for a partial refund, less $54 for the course materials; If between 15-30 days of the course date, $120 will be retained to cover course materials and application process. If cancellation is requested within 14 days of the course, fees are not refundable. Changing course date after application requires a $40 fee regardless of dates. Confirmation of funds is required prior to refund.
1 day reverification cancellation policy
Registration may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the course date for a partial refund minus $40 scheduling fee. If materials included the refund is minus $94. If cancellation is requested 15-30 day prior to the course date, $120 will be retained. If cancellation is requested within 14 days of the course, no refund is available. Changing course date after application requires $40 fee regardless of when AZ ENA is notified. If you chose to rescheudle to a 2 day provider, you will be required to pay the additional fee to meet the 2 day provider fee. Registration for a 1 day provider when your provider status is not valid will require forfiet of all fees. YOu mus be a current provider without expiration to qualify for 1 day class.
